AUTOMATIC MODE
How to run a programme
Proceed as follows:
1 - Press (PROG).
2 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select the desired pro-
gramme number.
3 - Press (PROG) to confirm your selection.
Following, select the programme stage (it starts with 01 and
goes up to 04).
Press (OK).
Proceed as follows to select a name for the programme:
1 - Press (NAME)
2 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select each character that
forms the programme’s name.
3- Press (OK) to confirm each character.
Repeat the previous operation until you finish inserting the
characters that build the programme’s name.
Press (OK) continuously until the selection tool goes
automatically to the previous programme menu.
Following, press (OK) to move on to the next stage.
Proceed as follows to alter the following parameters: Temper-
ature, baking time, steam injection time, steam valve, turbine
speed:
1 - Press (OK) once to move the selection tool auto-
matically to the temperature menu.
2 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select the desired tempera-
ture.
3 - Press (OK) once to confirm the temperature.
The selection tool will automatically move to the baking time:
1 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select the desired baking
time.
2 - Press (OK) to set the baking time.
The selection tool will automatically move to the number of
steam injections:
1 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select the number of steam
injections (we recommend 3 steam injections).
2 - Press (OK) to set the number of steam injections.
The selection tool will automatically move to the status of the
steam valve:
1 - Use ( ) or ( ) to decide if the steam valve
will remain opened (ON) or closed (OFF).
2 - Press (OK) to set the status of the valve.
The selection tool will automatically move to the turbine
speed:
1 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select the desired speed
(we recommend using normal speed SPx2).
2 - Press (OK) to define the speed of the turbine.
To create another stage in the same baking programme
press ( ).
Next, press (OK).
The selection tool is now signaling the word END.
Press ( ) and insert the baking time of the new stage.
Press (OK) to set the baking time of this new stage.
Proceed as follows, should you require more steam injections:
1 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select steam injection time.
2 - Press (OK) to set the number of steam injections.
The selection tool will automatically move to the steam valve
menu:
1 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select the status of the
steam valve.
2 - Press (OK) to confirm the status of the valve.
The selection tool will automatically move to the speed se-
lection menu:
1 - Use ( ) or ( ) to select the desired speed.
2 - Press (OK) to confirm the speed of the turbine.
To exit the menu, press the button.
Note
Slow speed (SPx1) is only used for very light products and/or
temperatures below 150º C.
Note
The total baking time is the sum of each stage.
Note
Each programme may have up to four stages. Follow the pre-
vious instructions to set additional stages.
Note
END means the setting of the programme is concluded.
Note
We only recommend that you inject steam during the first
stage.
