7.2.3 Device electrifying
Please tighten the connection and make sure there is no loose connection, and then turn on the power
supply. The power supply status indicator PWR (Green) on the front panel of the device will turn ON
to show that the power supply is working normally.
The device will begin to initialize and self-check after electrifying. The process will take no more
than 10 seconds. During the initialization and self-checking, the optical interface status indicator
LOF and E-6 may flicker for one time, which is a normal phenomenon. The system will begin its
normal operation after 10 seconds.
During normal operation, please make sure that there is no alarm at the optical interface. If the
optical interface is correctly connected, there will be no LOS, LOF, E-3, and E-6 alarms.
