7. Installing the shear blades
Attach the shear blades so that hole of the shear blades align to the pin

Depress down the shear blades a little bit hard as far as it can go. Make sure that it is firmly
fixed in place.
Align the tongue on the undercover with the groove in the housing and slip it into place.
Insert it a little bit hard until it locks in place with a little click.

Remove the blade cover, and then turn on the tool to check that it works properly.
CAUTION: Never use the tool without install- ing the undercover
NOTICE: If the shear blades do not operate prop- erly, the blades are not engaging the crank
prop- erly. Remove the blades and install them again.
