If signs of fatigue appear, you should stop work immediately.
The garden pruner can only be operated by one person. All other persons must be away from the area of operation of
the machine. This is especially true for children and animals.
When switching on the garden pruner, the cutting chain must not touch the material to be machined and must not touch
anything. It must be free until the required machine speed is reached.
During operation, hold the garden pruner firmly with both hands on the main and auxiliary handles. Take a stable
position.
The garden pruner is removed from the workpiece only when the cutting chain is moving.
When cutting “sawn” timber and / or thin branches, use a support (“donkey”). Do not cut several boards stacked on top
of each other at the same time, as well as material held by another person or supported by a foot. This is extremely
dangerous!
Secure the long workpieces firmly.
On sloping terrain, face the slope during cutting.
When cutting across the entire width, always use the support pins as a support.
If it is not possible to cut at once, pull the garden pruner back slightly, move the garden pruner to rest on another spike
and continue cutting, slightly lifting the handle.
When cutting horizontally, you must position yourself at an angle as close as possible to 90 ° to the material. Such an
operation requires special attention.
When the chain is trapped during cutting at the top of the chain, a bounce in the direction of the operator may occur.
Therefore, you should cut using the lower part of the chain, because then when the chain is locked, the bounce will not
occur in the direction of your body.
Be especially careful when cutting split wood. Cut pieces of wood can be thrown in any direction and cause injuries!
The cutting of the branches of the trees must be done by trained people. Uncontrolled fall of the cut branch of the tree
carries a risk of injury!
Cutting with the front of the rail is not permitted. This will cause a strong kickback.
Pay special attention to the branches that are drooping. Free-hanging branches should not be cut from the underside.
Always stand to the side of the intended direction of fall of the tree you are cutting.
Always stay on sloping terrain higher than the material being processed and never lower.
Beware of trees rolling in your direction. Bounce aside!
To avoid the “bounce” (bounce) of the garden pruner, the following instructions should be followed.
Never start or cut with the front of the chain guide bar!
Always start cutting with the garden pruner already on and the chain moving at the required speed!
Check that the cutting chain is well sharpened.
You should never prune more than one branch at a time. During cutting, pay attention to the adjacent branches. When
cutting the tree across its entire width, you should pay attention to the trunks of the surrounding trees.
Functional description and purpose of the cordless garden pruner.
The garden pruner is a battery-powered power tool. It is designed for work in the home garden, for pruning trees and
shrubs, for shredding cut plant material and for cutting wood. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than its
intended use!
