Warranty P eriod: Ra ge R/C w arrants that the Micro Sport Cub (“Pr oduc t”) will be free from
original factory d efects in materials and w orkmanship upon purchase (“Warranty P eriod”).
What is Not Cover ed - This w arranty is not transferable and does not cover (a)
dama ge, (b) dama ge due to acts of God, accide nt, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use,
or due to improper use, or maintenance, (c) modifi to any part of
the Pr oduct, (d) service by anyone other than a Ra ge R/C authoriz ed service center,
or (e) Pr oduct not pur chased from an authoriz ed Ra ge R/C deale r.
O THER THAN THE EXPRE SS W ARRANTY AB O VE, R A GE R/C MAK E S NO O THER W ARRANTY OR
REPRESEN TA TION, AND THERE F ORE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED W ARRANTIE S, INC L UD -
ING, WITHOUT LIMI TA TION, THE IMPLIED W ARRANTIE S OF NON-INFRINGEMEN T,
MER CHANT ABILITY AND SUI T ABILITY F OR A PA RTICULAR PURPOSE. THE PU RCHASER
ACKNO WLEDGE S THAT THEY AL ONE HA VE DETERMINED THAT THE P RODU CT WILL MEET THE
REQUIREMEN TS OF THEIR INTENDED USE.
Purchaser’s Remedy - Ra ge R/ C’s sole and purchaser’s sole and exclusive r emedy
shall be that Ra ge R/C will, at its either (a) service, or (b) replace, any Pr oduct
d et ermined by Ra ge R/C to be Ra ge R/C reserves the right to inspect any and all
Pr oduct(s) involv ed in a w arranty claim. Service or replacement decisions are at the sole
of Ra ge R/C. Proof of purchase is requir ed for all w arranty claims.

which liability is assert ed. As Ra ge R/C has no control over use, setup, final assembly,
modifi or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accept ed for any dama ge or
injury. B y the act of use, setup or assembly, the user accepts all liability. If you as the
purchaser or user are not prepar ed to accept the liability associat ed with the use of the
Pr oduct, purchaser is advised to return the Pr oduct immedi ately in ne w and unused
to the place of purchase.
