5. Remove the thrust tube. (remove set screw first, if present, or

heat and overpower the Loctite threadlocker if no set screw is
present)

6. Remove the front screw guide. (Some simply snap on others

are retained by a roll pin and washer.)

7. Remove the bronze nut and nut housing assembly by turning

it off the screw.

8. Disassemble the nut housing by first removing the stop screw

from the bronze nut. The Belleville springs are preloaded and
require partial pressing to remove the snap ring. DO NOT
OVER COMPRESS.

9. Remove bolts 4.3 from the face of trunnion bearing block 3.1.

(sz 3 are under rubber plugs)

10. Coupling housing and motor will now separate from thrust

unit.

For ballscrew actuators do not remove the ball nut. Re-
assembly is difficult and the loss of bearings is likely.

instructions for disassembly of the accessories.

2. Remove the bolts holding the front bearing housing to the

motor and separate the housings. The rotor will also come out
of the stator at this time.

3. Remove snap rings and bearings.3.
