Troubleshooting 

 
Possible problems: 
 

1.

The Device does not turn on: 

1.1.

Make sure the Device is charged. If not, charge the Device and repeat an attempt. 

 

2.

The Controller does not turn off: 

2.1.

Press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds. If it didn’t help gently remove
