BRAKE MAINTENANCE
T he front and rear brake cables can stretch. T i g hten the nuts on the threaded end of the cable
and adjust the cables. I f brakin g performance decreases, check the brake pads. I f necessary,
clean them w ith sandpaper. I f the brake pads are w orn, replace them. I f the brake cable is
stretched so far that there are no more threads at the end, unscre w the lever and move it a w ay
from the cable.
IGNITION KEY
ON/OFF/LOCK:
1.
T he electric scooter is turned {ON}. S tart only w hen you are ready to drive. T urn it off w hen
the electric scooter is no lon g er in motion and remove the key.
2. T he electric scooter is s w itched off {OFF}. T urn it off w henever you ' re not usin g it to save
battery.
3. I nsert the key into the i g nition, push and turn it to the left to lock the handlebars.
4. H andlebars are locked. T he key can be removed.
W A R N I N G BEFORE RIDING YOUR ELECTRIC SCOOTER,
MAKE SURE THE THROTTLE IS NOT IN THE "ON" POSITION {ON)!!!
ALSO MAKE SURE THE THROTTLE RETURNS FREELY TO THE
ORIGINAL POSITION. REFER TO PICTURE TO ENSURE CORRECT
LEVER POSITION BEFORE STARTING.
