authorized service. Normal char g in g time for the main battery is 4-6 hours (assumin g it is not
100% dischar g ed).
8. D isconnect the char g er from the 220V
po w er source.
9. Pull the cable out of the socket.
10. NEVER LEAVE THE CHARGER CONNECTED TO A 220V SOURCE OR
ELECTRIC SCOOTER WHEN THE BATTERY IS NOT CHARGED.
IF THE CHARGER IS CONNECTED TO A 220V SOURCE AND NOT TO THE BATTERY, THE
CHARGER COULD OVERHEAT OR CAUSE A FIRE..
11. W hen storin g the electric scooter for a lon g er period of time, the battery should be
char g ed at least once a month to prevent it from bein g completely dischar g ed.
BATTERY FAILURE WILL OCCUR IF THE BATTERY CANNOT BE KEPT
CHARGED. DO NOT ALLOW THE BATTERY TO DRAIN!!! ALWAYS CHARGE THE BATTERY
BEFORE THE BATTERY INDICATOR SHOWS THAT THE BATTERY IS LOW. ALLOWING THE
BATTERY TO COMPLETELY DISCHARGE WILL REDUCE ITS LIFE AND MAY DESTROY THE
BATTERY OR IT MAY CAUSE THE CHARGER OR BATTERY TO OVERHEAT AND CAUSE A FIRE
WHEN THE ELECTRIC SCOOTER IS NEXT CHARGED..
BATTERY DRIVES, TERMINALS, POWER CABLES AND BRAKE CABLES MAY
CONTAIN LEAD, LEAD COMPOUNDS AND OTHER CHEMICALS. ALWAYS WASH YOUR
HANDS THOROUGHLY AFTER WORKING ON THE Sl ELECTRIC SCOOTER.

W ith proper maintenance and use (accordin g to the instructions for char g in g and stora g e O,
the battery used in this product has a life of one to three years. T he stated w ide ran g e of
battery life is mainly affected by the fre q uency of use of the product. If the battery dischar g es
q uickly or cannot be char g ed properly, it should should be removed from the e-scooter and
handed over for recyclin g . T he la w prohibits the disposal of batteries containin g lead
compounds in g eneral municipal w aste. Inform your local authority responsible for the
mana g ement of hazardous w aste.
