FRONT AND REAR PROTECTION PANEL (FIG.5)
1 RESET Switch to reset the ALARMS MEMORY and the protection
counter.
2 DISPLAY The two right-hand digits display the air outlet
temperature The two letf-hand digits display the
number of protection cycles. When the TIM/CICL button
is pushed these digits display the percentage of the
filament warm-up period that has passed.
The leds referred to by REF. 3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 are memory leds which indicate to
the user that there has been an alarm condition.
11 SWITCH Switch to inhibit the protection system for about a
minute.
AUTO position: protection active.
DISCONNECT: protection inactive for about a minute.
12 TIM/CICL When passed, this button displays on the two left-hand
digits the percentage of time that has passed during
the pre-warming of the filament. If kept pressed for
more than 30 seconds, the high voltage is enable in
advance.
13 A.C. LINE Led indicating the absence of a A.C. Line phase.
14 LED H.V. Led indicating low or missing anode voltage.
15 INTERLOCK Led indicating that a panel is open.
16 LED SWR Led indicating an alarm condition due to excess SWR on
the antenna output.
17 LED PRESS Led indicating insufficient air pressure in the R.F.
chamber.
18 LED TEMP Led indicating an alarm condition due to excess
temperature of expelled air.
19 LED IA Led indicating an alarm condition due to excess anode
current.
20 1 RED/2 GREEN Bicolor led. When red, indicates, in the case of a
tetrode amplifier, excess grid 1 current; in the case
of a triode amplifier, excess grid current. When
green, indicates excess grid 2 current. The green
color is not connected in the case of a triode
