Porcelain Liner Installation

NOTE: If using VLBCK48 CORNER KIT, DO NOT USE 

Inner Liner Panel from Corner Kit. Remove if installed. 

STEP ONE:

  

Remove Liner Clips and screws from inside of firebox with a 

1/4” hex driver. Discard these Liner Clips but

 KEEP 

SCREWS.

  

INSTALLING VL48PLB: 

STEP TWO:

  

Install 

BACK LINER

. Attach with [Qty 

2] DT Screws on bottom.  

NOTE:

 If you are NOT using 

VL48PLE end panels, Drive [Qty 4] 

DT Screws into firebox through Screw 

Holes at top of Back Liner  

See   A   at right

 

STEP THREE: 

 Install 

BACK FILLER

 on top of 

BACK LINER 

by inserting 

TABS

 into 

SLOTS. 

Fasten with [Qty 4] DT 

Screws. 

 

 

 

INSTALLING VL48PLE:

Install Side Liners with [Qty 3] DT 

Screws.  

NOTE:

 if you are using 

VLBCK48 

CORNER KIT, 

only one End Panel 

will be used. 

 

Note: Warping and Discoloration of Porcelain or Painted Metal Liners Is Not Covered Under Warranty.

 

Both Porcelain and Painted Metal Liners may discolour and warp during normal operation of your appliance. 

This is normal, and not considered a defect.
