8.1 Warranty
The frame comes with a 5-year warranty by default. For electrical
components and the battery, we offer a 2-year warranty.

Improper use of the bike can put yourself and others at risk. With
improper use, warranty will expire as well.

Do not use any other battery with your e-bike than the one
provided by QWIC.

Maintenance check-ups for your e-bike you can always be
requested from your QWIC dealer.

By replacing type-approved components with different
models, the type-approval is cancelled for the entire bike. Only
allow your dealer to replace components on your bike.
8. WARRANTY
7.2 Error codes
Your bike is equipped with a self-diagnosis tool to identify potential
issues early on. In case an error has been reported by the system the
maintenance symbol on the display will light up. It will be accompanied
by an error code in the journey data field (located in the bottom right
corner). Using the bike while an error is displayed will not harm the
bike. The most frequently occurring errors can quite often be solved by
yourself:
It is possible that other errors are detected in the system, or that the
above instructions do not help. In this case, please contact your dealer.
Error code Answer
Code 48
Speedsensor error The speed is monitored by a small magnet on the rear
wheel and a sensor on the frame. Please check if the
magnet is aligned well with the round black sensor.
Code 64, 66 or 67
Battery voltage too low Check if the battery is sufficiently charged. Recharge
the battery if necessary.
Code 80
High temperature
Your e-bike is running to hot. Please let it cool down a
little bit before continuing your journey. Contact your
dealer if this problem persists.
