2. FIRST STEPS
2.6. Travel charger (accessory)
You can purchase an extra travel charger for your battery. Charging your
battery can be done with the battery still inserted in the e-bike or when
it is removed from it.
2.5. Charging the battery
First remove the battery from the e-bike. Unlock it by turning the key
in the battery keyhole. The leather strap can be used to easily lift the
battery out of the frame and carry it around.
The Charging station
Connect the power cord of the
charging station to the power supply.
The charging station will be in
standby mode by default.
When a battery is placed, the
charging station will automatically
start charging the battery. Slowly
lower the battery vertically into
the charging station until it tilts
backwards.

Hibernation mode
For the long term storage of QWIC Li-Ion batteries (longer than 30 days)
we recommend storing them at 50% charge. Activate hibernation mode
by pressing the button at the back. The charger ensures that the battery
will be charged up to 50% and it will keep it at this level.
