5.3. Gears
Enviolo Automati c
The Premium Q MNAuto is equipped with the Enviolo automati c
electronic gear shift er. Instead of selecti ng the gear rati o you can set
your preferred RPM. The e-bike will automati cally adjust the gear rati o to
maintain your chosen RPM (70 RPM is best for your e-bike). Alternati vely
you can switch to manual gearing by pressing the dedicated butt on.
Shimano gear hubs
The Premium Q MN8 and MN8B are equipped with a Shimano 8 gear
hub. It is an 8 gears, maintenance free hub that provides you with a gear
rati o of 302%. You can easily change gears by rotati ng the gear shift er.
Please remember to only shift when the bike is in-moti on and release
pressure on the pedals when shift ing.

and a prolonged lifeti me of the gears.
5.1. Lights
You can easily switch the lights on and off by pressing the butt on on the
controller as shown below. Your e-bike has a Q-daylight that is on by
default to enhance your visibility during the day.
5.2. Brakes
To prevent any surprises while driving, please familiarize yourself which
brake lever operates which brake (front and rear). It is important to never
apply any grease or cleaning agents on braking pads or rotors as it can
cause noise while braking and diminish braking functi onality.
Hydraulic Disc brakes
Disc brakes combine high braking power with a high level of control.
The brake pads of the hydraulic disc brakes can be adjusted by slightly
loosening the hexbolts of the caliper mount. Center the caliper while
pulling the brake levers fi rmly. Tighten the screws fi rmly when you are
done adjusti ng.
