User Manual

1.8.3 VISA Compliance

The QM1004A-2-18 Combined RF Upconverter/Downconverter complies with the rules and regulations of
the of the VISA (Virtual Instrument Systems Architecture) standard. Communication with the QM1004A-
2-18 is accomplished through VISA libraries, providing portability between different operating systems.

No additional drivers are required.
