Description/recommendations
1. Compressor unit:
Install the compressor on a level floor, capable of taking the weight of the compressor.
Recommended minimum distance between the top of the unit and the ceiling is 1200 mm for
ventilation purposes.

4. Ventilation: the inlet grids and ventilation fan should be installed in such a way that any
recirculation of cooling air to the compressor is avoided. The air velocity to the grids must be
limited to 5 m/s (16.4 ft/s).
The maximum air temperature at the compressor intake opening is 40 ˚ C (104 ˚ F), the
minimum temperature is 0˚C (32 ˚ F).
For ventilation alternatives 1 and 3,

5. The drain pipes to the drain collector must not dip into the water of the drain collector.
6. Control cubicle with monitoring panel.
7. Power supply cable to be sized and installed by a qualified electrician.
