9.2 Grind adjustment
The degree of coffee grind is set when the machine is
tested, but it can be changed to suit requirements by
turning the knob clockwise for a finer grind “–“, or anti-
clockwise for a coarser grind “+” (figure 4).
To adjust the quantity of coffee ground, follow the
instructions at point 13.
9.3 To dispense coffee
Press the corresponding key to dispense the coffee
desired (key 2, key 3). Press once for a single brew,
press twice for two consecutive brews.
9.4 To dispense hot water
Place a receptacle under the water/steam wand (figure 1-
8) and press the hot water dispenser key (key 4). Press
again to stop.
9.5 To dispense steam
Press the steam dispenser key (key 5). Immerse the
steam wand (figure 1-8) in the liquid to be heated (milk,
punch, water etc.) Heat the liquid to the desired
temperature. Press again to stop. When finished
dispensing always discharge a little steam to prevent the
nozzle from clogging.
9.6 To dispense cappuccino
The cappuccino maker can be supplied built-in or as an
optional, so not all models are equipped with it.
Immerse the milk drawing tube (fig.5-A) in the milk
container.
Place the cup under the cappuccinatore and press the
cappuccino dispenser key.
By turning the air adjustment valve, the cappuccino
froth can be made thicker or less thick (fig. 5-B).
The milk temperature adjuster (fig-5C) allows the
velocity at which the milk passes through the
cappuccinatore to be increased or decreased also
regulating the temperature of the milk dispensed.

9.7 To program dosage
Once the machine is ready to dispense, press and hold
down the key you wish to program. When the word
“programming” appears on the display, release the key
and then press it again once the desired quantity has
been reached.
For all adjustments follow the instructions given in
the menu specifications at point 13.
10. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance operations should be carried out
with the machine switched off and cold, and
with the power plug disconnected.
The machine should not be cleaned with metal or
abrasive instruments such as wire wool, metal brushes,
needles etc. or detergents. Use only a soft, damp cloth or
sponge.
Daily cleaning:
Clean the steam tube 8.
Check and clean the dregs collection drawer and the
drip tray.
Clean the cappuccinatore after use: take a container of
water and insert the milk tube (figure 5-A) then start
the cappuccinatore to clean it.
Once a week disassemble the cappuccinatore and clean
it by immersing the pieces in warm water (figure 6)
