The status pin cannot be used as indication of module shutdown status when VBAT is removed.

3.17. Behaviors of the MAIN_RI

AT+QCFG="risignaltype","physical"

can be used to configure MAIN_RI behaviors.

No matter on which port a URC is presented, the URC will trigger the behaviors of MAIN_RI pin.

The URC can be outputted via UART port, USB AT port and USB modem port, which can be set by

AT+QURCCFG

command. The default port is USB AT port.

In addition, MAIN_RI behavior can be configured flexibly. The default behavior of the MAIN_RI is shown
as below.

Interface

EC200T series provides a FORCE_USB_BOOT pin. You can pull up FORCE_USB_BOOT to 1.8 V
before VDD_EXT is powered up, and the module will enter emergency download mode when it is
powered on. In this mode, the module supports firmware upgrade over USB interface.
