20.4.2 FAQ of Email

When select “send and receive”, prompt “Not configured”.
There are two reasons for this prompt: 1. Mail settings are not
filed in; 2. Mail setting is closed. You can solve these
problems by doing the following operation:

When select “send and receive”, prompt “external
(internal) send server no response”. Please check if the
settings of your external (internal) send server are correct or
not.
¾
When select “send and receive”, prompt “user name or
password is incorrect”. Please check and reinput your user
name and password.

Require network operators to provide such a service. Select SIM
1 or SIM 2, there are four options:
