Cabling Two or More FC420s

To cable two or more FC420s to the PMC:

Connect the bottom Ethernet port on the PMC (ETH 1) to an
available port on a 100 Mbit per second Ethernet hub/switch
using a CAT-5 Ethernet cable.

Connect the Ethernet port of each FC420 bridge to an available
port on the Ethernet hub/switch using a CAT-5 Ethernet cable
(see figure 25 , figure 26 , and figure 27 ).
The cabling procedure is complete.

If your Ethernet hub/switch includes an Uplink port,
do not use it.
