REVIEWING, CALLING BACK AND DELETING INCOMING NUMBERS

Reviewing
In on-hook state, press the
UP
or
DOWN
button to scroll through and review the numbers.
¾
Deleting Numbers
When the desired number is displayed on the LCD, press the
DEL
button, the number is deleted.
Press and hold the
DEL
button for 3 seconds, then all incoming numbers will be deleted.

Calling back
1. Scroll to the desired number, press
key or pick up the handset, and the number is dialed
out, or
2. Press
the
REDIAL
button, the LCD displays
PICK UP
. Now press
key or pick up the
handset and the number is dialed out. Or
3. Press and hold the
REDIAL
button untill
PICK UP
flashes on the display. Now press
key
or pick up the handset, the number is dialed out. If the PABX code is set, the telephone will
detect and add the PABX code before the outgoing number. The PABX code will be dialed
first , followed by a 2 second pause and thereafter the number.

to review the outgoing
numbers one by one.

handset, the number is dialed out.

Deleting
1. In on-hook state, press the

button to scroll to the desired number.
2. Press

DEL
button and the number is deleted, or
3. Press and hold the
DEL
button for 3 seconds and all numbers will be deleted.
MENU SETTINGS

Setting date & time
1. In on-hook state, press the
SET
button, the year flashes on the display.
2. Press the
UP
or
DOWN
button to edit the year.
3. Press the
SET
button to confirm and enter into the month setting.
4. Repeat the above procedure to set the month.
5. Press the
SET
button to confirm, the display moves on to TIME setting (hour, minute). Use the
same procedure to set the hour and minutes.
