Close and securely latch the door after
the fi re has started, and after refueling, to
prevent:

Spillage of smoke, fl ame and carbon
monoxide

Spillage of sparks, coals, and logs

Over fi ring
DO NOT leave the appliance unattended
with the door open.
Starting a fi re may not require an open
door for draft. The air control should
supply adequate draft.
