Caller’s voice is breaking up
Check your EVOQ is within 10 meters (30 feet) range of your mobile phone
Music streaming is breaking up
/music device.
My EVOQ produces crackling noise
Check your EVOQ is not obstructed by materials, especially metal.
Check there is no interference from other wireless devices in the vicinity.
Check your music source such as your pc/laptop is not simultaneously
supporting multiple Bluetooth devices.
My call waiting functions do not work
Check call waiting is available from your service provider, and it is activated
on your mobile phone.
