SYMPTOM 

SOLUTION 

I cannot turn my EVOQ on 

Check your EVOQ’s battery is sufficiently charged. 

My EVOQ doesn’t work with my phone    

Check your EVOQ is powered on. 

 

Check your EVOQ is paired and connected to your mobile phone.

 

Check your phone hands-free is enabled.  

 

Check your EVOQ was in Pairing  Mode during pairing with your phone.  

 

Ensure your EVOQ is within 10 meters (30 feet) range of your phone. 

I failed to enter my PIN or password 

 

Repeat the pairing process, making sure you enter the correct details. 

I cannot get my EVOQ to charge 

 

Check mains adaptor is switched on and properly connected to your EVOQ. 
Ensure your EVOQ is correctly placed in the charging cradle, making sure the 
charging contacts meet. If the EVOQ is switched Off, the charging Red light 
takes approximately 2 seconds to turn on. 

Callers cannot hear me 

Check Mute function is turned off. Press the main function button twice.
