MAINTENANCE
PERIODICAL CHECKS
Every 1000 km, and in any case before
long journeys, check and, if necessary,
set right the following:
•
engine coolant level;
•
brake fl uid level;
•
tyre pressure and wear;
•
correct operation of external lighting;
•
engine oil level.
SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
In order to guarantee a long lifetime for
the scooter under normal conditions, it
is important to perform correct mainte-
nance, respecting the checks and oper-
ations to be performed at time or mileage
intervals as specifi ed in the maintenance
plan.
The Programmed Maintenance service
is performed by the Quadro Vehicles
service network or qualifi ed workshops.
Any operations outside of the Mainte-
nance Plan will only be performed with
your express consent.
DEMANDING USE / PROLONGED
INACTIVITY
Whenever the scooter is used in one of
the following situations (or in the event of
prolonged inactivity):
•
use on dusty roads;
•
use of the scooter with external
temperatures below 0 °C.
Perform the following checks:
•
check condition and wear of brake
pads (front and rear);
•
perform a visual inspection of the
condition of: engine, front and
rear suspension, pipes and hoses,
sleeves, parking brake cable;
•
check the battery charge level;
•
check the oil and oil fi lter and re-
place if necessary.
