If you have difficulties setting up the 2001, try the following:

Make sure interface cables and power cords are
secure.

Make sure the other hardware and software meet the
minimum requirements listed in “Minimum System
Requirements for the 2001 Peripheral Unit” on page 3
of this guide.

Review the setup procedure, making sure you fol-
lowed all the steps necessary for your version of the
product. (See “Products Covered by this Setup
Guide” on page 1 for more information.)
If you still can’t resolve the problem, see “Getting Help” to find
