RETURNS PROCEDURE
Guarantee Statement: Atmospheric Sensors returned for service or repair will be guaranteed for
18 months.
1. The equipment being returned has a report with it stating the fault with the equipment;
list the fault number shown on the Monitor, the Serial No. of the Monitor (On the
Monitor front plate) and the Serial No. of the Sensor (sticker inside front louvre) and the
Serial No. of the Fan Unit if relevant.
Return the Equipment in a CLEAN condition.
2. Issue a Numbered Purchase Order, with Invoice and Return address otherwise goods will
not be processed.
3. Manifest/Packing note with shipment contents.
4. A note to advise us the return address for repaired or serviced equipment.
5. The above documents should be faxed and emailed to QMI, London.
