Warranty
QL-Find products include a 12 month warranty from the date of
purchase. You will need to retain your original proof of purchase
as this will be required for all warranty claims. Your warranty is
only valid in the country which the product was purchased.

Check you have turned off the ‘Device Lock’ within the QL-Find
app.
How can I find something if I can’t hear the
alarm?
Within the QL-Find app there is a near/far gauge, similar to hold
and cold, that you can use to direct you to your belongings.
