Test Principle:
Set frame buffer in uboot and start HDMI driver, set resolution.
Booting development board, video output is HDMI.
Test Process & Result:
Connect HDMI cable to J15 on board.
Show output information on HDMI displayer, users can modify the
resolution and output format to adapt different screens.
