7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance suddenly
stopped working during
use.
■ The Overheat
Protection has been
activated and has
automatically turned off
the appliance.
■ The machine was used
for too long without
breaks.
■ The ambient
temperature is too
high.
■ Set the Speed knob
to “0” and unplug the
appliance. Let the
appliance cool down
to room temperature
(approx. 15-30 min.)
to reset the Overheat
Protection.
■ Follow the
recommended running,
rest and maximum
operating times to
avoid overheating the
appliance.
■ Use the appliance in a
cool place.
The appliance does not
run after turning the Speed
knob.
■ Loose contact between
the plug and power
socket.
■ Power outage.
■ The fuse switch has
tripped due to circuit
overload.
■ Make sure the plug is
fully inserted into the
power socket.
■ Check the power
source by plugging
another appliance into
the socket.
■ Unplug high wattage
appliances plugged
into the same circuit
and move the tripped
fuse switch in your
fuse box back to “On”.
Excessive noise when the
machine is running
■ The appliance makes
more noise at high
speeds than at low
speeds.
■ Too much ingredients
in the mixing bowl.
■ Incorrect assembly.
■ Running time is too
long.
■ Choose the correct
accessory and speed
for the ingredients.
■ Do not exceed 1.5 kg
in the mixing bowl.
■ Check and reassemble
the accessory or
attachment.
■ Stop the appliance and
let it cool down for a
while.
