Updating QIAsphere Base Software 2.x.x
To update your QIAsphere Base Software 2.x.x to 2.4.0, continue as follows:
1.
Log in to QBSP with the user name
admin
.
Note
: The default password is
Qiagen@123
.
Note
: If you have forgotten your previously set password, you can perform a factory reset as
described in chapter 6.
2.
If you are asked to change the password, set up a password according to the displayed rules.
3.
Select
Software Update
from the sidebar:

Check the
Current version
information.
5.
Click on the arrow in the upload field.
6.
If current version is
2.0.0
, select the file
QIAsphereBase_Update_200-235.zip
from the
QIAsphere Base Software Update 2.x.x to 2.4.0
folder of the extracted software update
package and click open.
If current version is
higher than 2.0.0
, select the file
QIAsphereBase_Update_2XX-235.zip
from the
QIAsphere Base Software Update 2.x.x to 2.4.0
folder of the extracted software
update package and click open.
7.
Click
Upload
.
