The load check will now be performed. For more information about the load check, refer to
the Load check section (see page 121). The run will start after the check is successfully
completed. To stop the load check, tap
Abort
.
Note
: Wait until the
Load Check
has successfully completed before leaving the instrument
unattended. Upon a failure of the load check (e.g., due to operator errors during worktable
setup), the run will not start, and operator action will be required. If the instrument is left
unattended for an extended time period, stability of samples and reagents may be impaired.
