• Make sure that the ground cable is properly earthed
• Never touch the pump while it is running.
• Don’t start the pump without water
The pump consists of pump body, motor and sealing system.
There is doublé mechanical seal between pump body and motor which give reliable pumping
perfomance.
The pump is used in extensive application such as Industry, agricultura, minig, construction, and
urban environmental protection as ideal equipment for pumping mud, mortar, waste water, sewa-
ge water, excrement, farming drainage and irrigation, river.
1. Medium temperatura: 40ºC max.
2. Range of medium’s PH: 4-10.
3. Maximum volumen ratio of solid particle in medium: 0.2%.
Medium density: 1.2x103 Kg/m3.
4. The immersion depth: 5m max.
1. Check regularly the insulation resistance between motor winding and casing which shall not be
lower tan 2 MΩ.
2. After 2000 hours in use, please do maintenance by following steps:
Dismantle: check all the parts like bearing, mechanical seal and impellers. Replace if damaged.
Change oil: Screw the oil-fi lling bolt off, fi ll 10#mechanical oil to about 80%-90% of the oil cham-
ber.
Pressure test: Pressure shall be tested after reapir or replacement every time, and the pressure
1. Thoroughly check on the pump to make sure of no damage during transportation, or storage,
especially the cable.
2. Before Starting, make sure that the insulation resistance should be over 2 MΩ.
3. Before immersion, trial-run is required, to see whether the rotation is in correct direction. If not,
turn off the power, swap any two of the three phases. Please fi nish the trial-run within one minute.
4. Connect and fasten proper (Diameter same as the outlet size) hose to the outlet joint. Do not
pull the pump by the hose.
5. Protect the cable carefully to avoid any tear and wear. I fi s dangerous for the tpump itself and
the people around there.
6. Always move the pump by the handle. Or ring which is specially designed for carry.
7. The pump should be working and positioned in the water (medium) conditioned by this manual.
Monitor to avoid clogging by something around such as silt, pondweed etc.
8. Warning is required at the operation area.
9. If the power supply is out of reach of the cable equipped by the manufacturer, please extend it
with thicker cable accordingly. And wrap the joint carefully.
10. The motor has been fi lled with enough machanical oil by the manufacturer. Please change the
oil according hereunder requested method.
11. If you need to touch the pump body, make sure of power-off.
12. To remove the pumpo ut of water, only after the power-off, and cool-down…
