This section is designed to help solve problems before you call PVA. Refer to this section if
a mechanical or electrical problem occurs.
UV Lamps and Power Supplies

For problems with the UV lamps and power supplies refer, to the separate Heraeus UV
literature included with the module. The manual contains a comprehensive fault diagnosis
section for problems with the UV system.

Record all the information on the OIT when the error occurred, include any error
messages that may appear.

Record the operation in progress when the module had the error (when did the
problem occur, during which step did it occur, etc.).

If the error was not serious, attempt to repeat the error. If the error does not repeat,
the problem may have been operator generated.
