Turn the temperature control knob to the position according to the fabric being
ironed as described in point 3 of 'Setting the temperature'

Position the iron on its rear heel then Plug iron into electrical outlet.
Ÿ
The indicator light will turn OFF when the indicated setting reaches the correct
temperature.
Ÿ
Turn the steam control to the ON position, steam will be sprayed, ironing can
start.
Ÿ
Fill the iron with water as described in "How to fill with water". Turn the steam
control to Off Position.
Ÿ
The steam feature provides steam for removing normal wrinkles.
Steam ironing:

The Bursting steam feature provides powerful steam for removing stubborn
wrinkles

control to Off Position.

As indicated on the temperature control knob, Bursting steam ironing is only
possible at higher temperature setting indicated with 'MAX' mark, otherwise the
water will leak from the soleplate.

The indicator light will turn 'OFF' when the indicated setting reaches the correct
temperature.
Ÿ
Press the Steam bursting button to release the bursting steam. Pressing the
button several times may be necessary to prime the surge system.
Ÿ
NOTE: For optimum steam quality, do not apply more than three successive
'SHOT' after the indicator light goes off..
Ÿ
Wait a few seconds for the steam to penetrate the fabric before pressing the
button again for more steam.
Bursting steam ironing:
Self clean:
Ÿ
Fill the water tank to half with water and set the steam button at closed position.
IMPORTANT: Your iron will give the best ironing results and last longest if you apply
the Self Cleaning once a month.
Ÿ
Position the iron on its rear heel. Set the temperature at "MAX" and plug in.
