IR Activity Indicator
- The LED will flash green when an IR signal is being received or transmitted.
IR Flasher (TX)
- The IR Flasher port (blue) is used to control the connected HDMI Sink device (TV) using
compliant Episode IR Flashers
IR Receiver (RX
) - The IR Receiver port (green) can used to distribute IR signals back to the matrix when
connecting a compliant Epirode IR Receiver
HDBaseT Input
- Connect the appropriate category cable (Cat6 or higher recommended) to the each input of
the receiver; these cables should then be connected to one of the HDBaseT outputs on the matrix The LEDs
will illuminate to indicate a link (amber LED) and power (green LED) is being received
HDMI Output
- Connect the appropriate high speed HDMI cable to this port and connect to the sink device
RS232
- Connect via 3-pin phoenix connector for RS232 passthrough
Ethernet
- Optional connections for using ethernet passthrough
