1. Introduction
Congratulations for purchasing this PUKY scooter. You have bought a product
that will give your child pleasure and fun. The information in this user manual
will help you operating the new scooter in a safe way and inform you how to do
service work. If you have any questions or encounter any problems please con-

2. Getting started with your scooter
Your local dealer assembled the scooter, so it is ready for use and does not
require any adjustment procedures.
Ask your local dealer if he had performed
a safety check
.
3. Parent’s responsibilities
This scooter was manufactured in compliance with European Norm EN 71, and
carries the CE symbol. If your child uses the scooter for the purpose it was desig-
ned for, there will be only a minimum risk of hazard when riding the scooter.
Remember, children’s natural playing needs and their temperament may cause
unforeseen situations which can be dangerous and result in serious injuries. This
is not the liability of the manufacturer. Play vehicles are to be used with caution.
Certain abilities of the child are necessary in order to avoid falls and collisions
which might lead to injuries of the user as well as of third partie.
So, do teach your children how to use the scooter properly and direct attention
to potential risks.
4. Warning
Children should wear firm shoes with uppers. When using the scooters, PUKY
recommends the wearing of adequate protection clothing, i. e. helmet, gloves,
knee- and ellbow-protectors.
Do not use scooter near staircases, slopes, uneven ground, swimming pools and
other waters. Staircases need to be secured in a way that it is not possible for
children to ride the steps up- and downwards.
5. Usage
Ride scooter in appropriate areas only, away from road traffic. It does not comply
with road traffic approval regulations and therefor riding in road traffic is prohibi-
ted.

of which a maximum of
5 kg
can be loaded on the
scooter’s carrier.
