The CPC5565 transitions the following I/O signals through CompactPCI connector J5 to an
optional Rear Transition Module:

In addition, the CPC5565 transitions Gigabit Ethernet A and B through CompactPCI connector

Software
BIOS
The PT Embedded BIOS (AMI core) is user-configurable to boot an operating system from one
of the following locations:
•
USB mass storage device (hard drive, DVD-ROM or CD-ROM drive, flash drive, etc.)
•
Serial ATA (SATA) hard drives
•
Ethernet (PXE)
•
Any add-on cards/boards that support a BIOS boot specification option ROM
