6.1 Assembly / Dismantling
• Disconnect the pump from the discharge pipe.
• Unscrew the 6 screws

and remove them.
• Remove the front cover

discharge piping is mounted in a rigid manner, pivot the
bottom

so as to free the flange.
• Hold the piston

with a 70 Open-end spanner or a
monkey wrench and unscrew the nut

Before any dismantling, make sure that the
pump has been drained and take the necessa-
ry measures to avoid starting-up. No start-up,
even accidental, must be allowed.
It is important to keep a good grip on the
piston, its rotation could lead to deterioration
of the bellows.
6. OPENING OF THE PUMP
CAUTION
THE PUMP LUBRICANT IS VERY SLIPPERY
AND MAY CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY. ANY
SPILLS MUST BE CLEANED UP.
Slippery lubricant.
Spills should be
cleaned up.

BE CAREFUL WITH THE WEIGHT OF THE
PARTS WHEN THEY ARE BEING REMOVED.
