Half-Rack Assembly Instructions
1. Attach the pull-up bar. A second person may be needed to hold the frame up while you attach
it to the other side.
2. Once the pull-up bar is attached, the rack will stand on its own.
3. Secure all hardware, but do not fully tighten.

1. Starting with the pull-up bar, assemble the crossmembers that connect the sides of the rack as shown
in figures below. A second person may be needed to hold the already assembled frame up while you
attach the pull-up bar to the other side.
2.
If you should choose to attach the pull-up bar to one of the sides while it is still laying flat on the floor,
make sure you have enough ceiling height to rotate the rack upright without hitting the ceiling with the
other end of the pull-up bar.
