Maintenance and cleaning
If there is dust or dirt on the surface, please wipe it with paper towels or wet wipes.
When filled with water, dumbbells can be placed anywhere and are ready for use.
Storage
When no longer using the equipment, store it in a dry environment, protected from dust and
direct sunlight.
When the product is stored and is not to be used for a long period of time, please open the
water inlet plug and pour out the water.
INSTRUCTIONS
How to use
1. Screw the nut onto the handle.
2. The handle goes through the hole in the middle of the dumbbell.
3. Close the end of the handle with another nut.
