Parts must be replaced efficiently
using original spare parts.
Prowise B.V. has a technical assembly file for
each machine, which contains the details of the machine. Observe the following to ensure that your order is
processed quickly and correctly.
State the following information:

The serial number
•
The part you wish to replace
•
Where the part is located on the lift
•
If applicable, a description of the fault
•
The contact person at your company
