Status information 

7.1

 

Daily Operation 

1.

 

Switch on the Detector 

2.

 

Wait until the green LED lights up 

3.

 

Please start CONAXX 2* 

4.

 

Once the orange LED lights continuously, the connection is established 

 

* Please note: At 70% of CONAXX 2 - Starts the communication with the detector

 

 

If no error message appears at CONAXX 2 startup, the connection is established correctly and 
the system is ready for use.  

If no connection can be establish, proceed as described in 7.3 Troubleshooting. 

 

7.2

 

Switch on sequence after changing the battery 

1.

 

Open “Toolbox” ( 

 ) in CONAXX. 

2.

 

Change the battery 

3.

 

As soon as the new battery level is displayed, the connection is ready and you can close 
the toolbox. 

 

If no error message appears at CONAXX 2 startup the connection is established correctly and 
the system is ready for use.  

If no connection can be establish, proceed as described in 7.3 Troubleshooting. 

7.3

 

Troubleshooting 

If the connection cannot be established you can set up it manually in the tool box.

Open Toolbox ( 

 ) 

2.

 

Press the button “Disconnect” 

3.

 

Make sure that the detector is switched on and the blue and green LED light. 

4.

 

Please press the button “Connect“ 

If no error message appears at CONAXX 2 start up the connection is established correctly and 
the system is ready for use. 

 

 

 

Observe following notes when there are permanent problems with the wireless 
connection: 

Is any obstacle, which is in the transmission path, reducing the signal? 

Is there a jammer close to the wireless connection (mobile or DECT 
phone, baby monitor, wireless speakers etc.)? 

Is the wireless function switched on at the detector?
