Malfunction
When a malfunction occurs, the buttons , , and
flash when the
machine is in standby. The machine also produces 3 rapid beeps once every
minute. Press all four of the buttons at the same time to see which fault or
faults have occurred.
If a critical fault occurs, the malfunction screen appears automatically. The
text ‘Malfunction’ appears at the top of the screen, and the fault code and
an explanation appear at the bottom. Use the and buttons to view the
various fault messages. When a non -critical fault occurs, you can exit the
fault screen with the or button or wait 5 secondes.
Note:
When one of the above-mentioned critical faults appears on the display, you should no longer use the tanning appliance and the
plug should be removed from the mains outlet. Contact your dealer.
If one of the other faults occurs, the machine will still function, but not all the functions will be fully available. During fault E18 and
E19 the machine cooling will run at maximum throughout the entire session. To correct this, contact your dealer.
E20: Climate control reservoir full
Check whether the reservoir for the air conditioning is full. If the reservoir is full, you should empty the reservoir (see section
‘Emptying air conditioning reservoir’ in this manual). The fault message disappears after several seconds. If the fault message does
not disappear, contact your dealer.
E21: Climate control needs cleaning
The air conditioning must be thoroughly cleaned every 6 months. If the air conditioning has not been cleaned within the past 6
months, fault message ‘E21: Clean the air conditioning’ will appear. You must thoroughly clean the air conditioning. After it has been
cleaned, you must reset the ‘Airco service date’. For more information, consult the ‘Cleaning’ section in this manual.
E22: Change lamps
Replace the lamps and reset the hour counter.
Critical errors:
E0 = Sofware fout
E1 = Internal timer has a defect
E2 = Wind switch lower compartment fault
E3 = Communication error between relay and switch part
E4 = Communication error switch section
E6 = Unknown phase
E7 = Overrule switch section defective
E9 = Maximum temperature bench
E10 = Maximum temperature canopy
E11 = Communication fault controller board ID11
E12 = Communication fault controller board ID12
E17 = Microprocessor I/O section defective
E26 = Clixon climate control fault
E29 = Maximum temperature shoulder tanner
E30 = Filter shoulder tanner defective
E31 = Gezichtsbruiner filter defect
E34 = Maximum temperature climate control
Non -critical fault:
E18 = Communication error with temperature sensor bench
E19 = Communication error with temperature sensor canopy
E20 = Climate control reservoir full
E21 = Climate control needs cleaning
E22 = Change lamps
E24 = Qsens jerrycan level too low
E32 = Climate control no longer cooling
E33 = SD card I/O section is full
Error
E3 = Communication fault between the
I/O controller and switch board.
Note - When one of the above mentioned errors appears on the display, you should no longer
use the tanning unit and you should disconnected it from the mains outlet or plug. Contact
ProSun immediately.
