4.8 Repeat steps 4.6 and 4.7 with the other side.
4.9 Position cross bar B (#5) between the connecting
plate (#12) and the next rear rail post. Secure each
side with two M12x55 bolt sets (#17).
4.10 Follow steps 4.2 to 4.5 to install the front legs.
5. Slide the rear legs (#8 and 11) onto the rear side rails. The
brace is on the front side. The brackets are at a right angle
towards the center of the rack.
6. Secure each set of side brackets with two M12x55 bolt sets
(#17).
7. Secure the bottom brace to the leg tab with an M10x25 bolt
set (#21). Repeat on the other side.
8. Slide cross bar C (#2) onto the end of the rear side rails.
Secure each end of the cross bar with an M10x25 bolt (#16).
9. Each foot has a 90° angle with two J-hook (#9) attachment
points. The foot is installed with the attachment point on the
inside. The front feet will point towards the rear and the rear
feet will point towards the front.
9.1 Slide the front foot (#14) bracket on both sides of the
front leg. Align the bolt holes in both. Insert two
M16x85 bolt sets (#22) through the bolt holes. Each
bolt set has two washers. One is placed on the outside
of each bracket during assembly.
9.2 Install the feet on the other three legs in the same manner.
10. Adjust all rack connections to ensure they are square, then
tighten all bolts and nuts with wrenches.
INSTALLATION
The rack is heavy and difficult to maneuver on your own. Have
a second person assist during installation.
1. Lift the rack onto the truck bed walls so the rack’s feet rest
on the wall’s rim.
