SECTION 3
3.14
On the connection conduit, in the vicinity of plug (4), there is a decal (8) identifying the supply
conduit of the hydraulic tipping system.
ATTENTION
Cut-off valve (3) – figure (3.9) limits the tipping angle of the load box when tipped to the
rear. The length of the cable (6) controlling this valve is factory adjusted by the
Manufacturer and must not be changed when the trailer is used.
TIP
The hydraulic system of the trailer is filled with L-HL32 Lotos hydraulic oil.
3.2.5 SUPPORT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
The parking stand hydraulic system extends the stand to support the trailer disconnected
from the tractor or when it is parked in the garage after use. Using the parking stand
hydraulic system, the drawbar height can be adjusted when hitching and unhitching the
trailer. The parking stand hydraulic system is supplied with oil by the tractor hydraulics. The
parking stand is extended or withdrawn by extending or withdrawing a hydraulic cylinder.
Hydraulic oil manifold of the tractor's external hydraulic system controls the support cylinder.
Two types of hydraulic supports are used in the trailer:
•
straight hydraulic support – figure (3.9) - standard equipment,
•
shear type hydraulic support – figure (3.10) – optional equipment.
Lowering the straight hydraulic support (1) is done by opening the valve (3) on the trailer
drawbar. Hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic manifold extends the cylinder ram to the
desired height. After the pressure is hydraulic conduit is reduced, withdrawal of the parking
stand to transport position is forced by means of springs - Figure (3.9). Hydraulic conduit
which controls straight support is marked with decal (4) near the connector. The valve (3)
locks the support in a fixed position.
