Hydraulic lines should be tightened with torque of 50 – 70 Nm.
5.11 INSTALLATION AND DISASSEMBLY OF EXTENSION
WALLS
Extension mounting
Install six wall extension supports (8) on the rear and lateral load box stakes
and the lateral tailgate stakes.
Install front wall extension (1).
Holes in wall extension stakes must align with holes in the supports.
Wall extension arms must be inserted into the appropriate mounting
brackets welded to the load box.
Install two front lateral wall extensions (3).
Lateral wall extensions must be bolted to the front wall extension.
Install lateral stakes (5).
Install two rear lateral wall extensions (4).
Attach lateral wall extensions (3) and (4) to the lateral stakes (5).
