3.7. Printing photos
Photo printing is done on 100x148 mm (4x6 ") glossy photo
paper, for example the included Canon RP
-
108IN (108 sheets of photo
paper + 2 toner cartridges). Use paper that is compatible only with
the Canon Selphy CP1000 printer. Using incompatible paper will re-
sult in a loss of warranty for the printer.
Before carrying out the maintenance robot, read the user's guide
to the Canon Selphy CP1000 printer.
Printing process
The printer allows you to print color photographs or postcards
(depends on the paper selected).
During the printing process, pho-
tos/postcards can appear several times in the photo
-
exit hole on the
front of the robot's torso,
wait for the printing process to finish
.
If the paper cassette is empty at the time of printing, an error
message will appear and the printing process will be canceled.
Adding paper
Carefully remove the paper cassette. Open the cassette cover and
load the photo paper inside with the glossy side up (
no more than 18
sheets
).
Make sure to remove the protective cover!
Then close the cassette
until it clicks and set it back to its original position.
Make sure the cassette
is installed correctly!
