The other special start-up mode is the
Custom Settings Mode
. Normally, when the MR-20 is turned
on (in the unlocked mode) the goal and timing settings have standard default values. The Custom
Settings mode makes all of the settings have the same values that had been set the last time the MR-
20 was turned off.
For example, if the goals, goal values, and timing were set for a particular exercise, and the user
wanted to start an identical new session, this would easily be done.
Simply
turn the MR-20 off, ending the present session
. Then
turn the MR-20 on while holding
down the B key
. All of the goal and timing values will remain, just as if the MR-20 were in the
LOCKED MODE
.
NOTE:
This must be done each time the unit is turned on to be active.
