Battery Types

Lithium Battery Caution: There are many types of Lithium batteries with various charging requirements.
Improper charging can result in damage to the battery or catastrophic failure of the battery resulting
in battery damage or even fire in extreme cases. You should take extreme caution in the selection of
your Lithium Battery system and the all of the onboard charging methods used for this type of battery.
The ProNauticP series only provides the bulk and float charging voltage and current for this type of
battery. The ProNauticP does not replace the required individual cell management electronics required
by lithium batteries. Consult your lithium battery supplier for details.
